Position/Job Description:
  1. Develop and execute content strategies that aligns with the PSHC brand and objectives;
  2. Create strategic content across various digital channels;
  3. Collaborate with other units and teams to gather insights and ensure content accuracy;
  4. Optimize content for user experience and search engines;
  5. Copyedit content to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance to brand guidelines;
  6. Keep up to date to industry trends, new content formats, and best practices to continuously elevate our content;
  7. Measure and analyze content performance metrics, leveraging in data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize engagement;
  8. Stay informed about target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape to develop relevant and impactful content; and
  9. Perform other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time. 
 
Skills/Competencies required:
  • Computer Literate with experience using Microsoft packages including MS Word, MS Excel and using databases
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, google analytics and META
  • Proficiency in utilizing content management systems and digital marketing tools
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and adapt to evolving market trends
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Adept at simplifying and communicating complex ideas to broad audiences
  • Ability to deliver high-quality content with extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to present projects and status reports to management 
 
Qualifications:
  • Relevant Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Digital marketing/Media/Communications
  • Relevant Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
  • Relevant Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
  • Eligibility: Not required 
 
Compensation: P47,606.00.00/month
Period of engagement: 1 April – 31 December 2024
