Position/Job Description:
- Liaise resolutions formulated from NAST roundtable discussions and other related activities to the two chambers of Congress;
- Monitor NAST resolutions/recommendations and laws emanated thereof;
- Prepare a policy map on all the NAST policy recommendations;
- Assist in the conduct of roundtable discussions, Speakers Bureau program, and other advisory-related activities; and
- Provide administrative support to the project and perform other duties assigned from time to time.
Skills/Competencies required:
- Intermediate Analytical skills – ability to learn, adapt, and formulate a research issue, including capacity to work in an interdisciplinary environment
- Intermediate Knowledge on Computer Software or Applications
- Intermediate Technical Writing skills
- Intermediate Interpersonal skills – works well in a team and able to communicate/deal effectively with the policy makers and media
- Intermediate Knowledge in the Legislative Process
Qualifications:
- Relevant education: Graduate of Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Social Science, or other related courses
- Relevant experience: None required
- Relevant training: None required
- Eligibility: None required
Compensation: ₱35,758.00/month
Period of engagement: 02 January - 30 June 2023 (with possible renewal)
