Position/Job Description:
  • Develop a communications program to effectively communicate NAST PHL as an advisory body to its stakeholders including but not limited to the conduct of stakeholders analysis and the development of the NAST corporate communication plan and branding guidelines;
  • Prepare appropriate communication materials to promote the different activities of the Academy and increase social media engagement;
  • Design announcements and posts to be uploaded in the NAST official website and other social media accounts;
  • Process and maintain copyright and permission requests;
  • Maintain records and files of work and revisions; and
  • Provide administrative support to the project and perform other duties related to the project.

  • Cultural competency skills (ability to recognize the contribution of diverse perspectives in developing, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and services that affect the Academy)
  • Editing and publishing competency (knowledgeable of creative production software, editing, publishing, and distribution methods, standards, and practices; knowledge of established reference manuals, guidelines, and basic copyright law; ability to apply rules of English usage to correct grammatical and writing errors; ability to aid in maintaining up-to-date writing/editing standards and guidelines)
  • Financial planning and management (ability to contribute to the development of program budgets; describe program performance standards and measures)
  • Relevant education: Graduate of any communication course, preferably in Development Communication, Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism or equivalent
  • Relevant experience: One (1) year of relevant work experience, preferably in Branding and/or Corporate Communication, Media and Public Relations
  • Relevant training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
  • Eligibility: None required
Compensation: ₱45,780.00/month
Period of engagement: 02 January – 30 June 2023 (with possible renewal)
