Position/Job Description:
1. Assist in the delivery of Complete Staff Work for the accomplishment and completion of PRIME-HRM program requirements to elevate HR excellence and observance of HR maturity levels across four core areas such as the following:
 
Recruitment, Selection and Placement:
  • Encoding in the matrices of summary of applicants in the google drive and hard copy file folders
  • Preparation of notifications for HRMPSB meetings, acceptance and selection of applicants
  • Preparation of attendance, written examination questionnaires, interview guide questions and answer sheets
  • Preparation of vacancy announcements for posting
  • Updating of monitoring sheet of applicants
  • Preparation of evaluation summary and rating sheets
  • Preparation of HRMPSB minutes of meetings
  • Filekeeping and 5S
  • Review/Updating of NAST personnel 201 files
 
Learning and Development:
  • Assist in the consolidation of Individual Competency Assessment and Training Needs Analysis
  • Assist in the development of L&D tools
  • Assist in proactive search of capacity development training opportunities
  • Preparation of computerized database on percentage of employees provided with L&D interventions, list of trainings attended, etc.
  • Collates, monitors and updates employees feedback, training evaluation and impact assessment
  • Explore and search for employees’ training opportunities and L&D interventions
  • Performance Management System:
  • Monitoring and updating of IPCR and DPCR submissions
  • Monitoring and maintenance of Internal Audit Records
Rewards and Recognition:
  • Assist in the development of screening and selection criteria and procedure
  • Search and prepare list of rewards, recognition and “on the spot” monetary and non-monetary benefits and incentives
  • Assist in the preparation of plans, programs, minutes of meetings, documentation/reports
  • Prepares, monitors and updates database of awards and demographics
2. Assist in the delivery of complete staff work for report preparation and compliances to oversight agencies (e.g. ARTA, COA, CSC and DBM) but not limited to:
  • Preparation and collation of Client/Citizen Satisfaction Measurement survey results
  • Preparation and collation of NAST officials and employees’ received salaries and allowances
  • Assist in the preparation, updating and submission of Inventory of Government Human Resources System
3. Assist in the delivery of complete staff work for Employee Welfare but not limited to:
  • Assist in updating NAST Bulletin Board
  • Assist in preparing and disseminating work safety and healthy workplace tips/lessons
  • Assist in developing and implementing work life harmony activities
4. Assist in preparation and drafting of Memoranda and Orders
5. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Human Ecology or Development, and other social and behavioral sciences related courses
  • Relevant experience: One (1) year relevant experience preferably in any: Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Welfare
  • Program, Employee Payroll and Benefits, Leave Administration and Performance Management System
  • Relevant training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
  • Eligibility: Not required
 
Compensation: 30,703.00/month
Period of engagement: 15 September – 31 December 2025 (with possible renewal)
