Position/Job Description:
Provide overall assistance to the ST&I Foresight Steering Committee, ST&I Foresight Steering Think Tank, NAST Champions, and focal persons;
Organize workshops, seminars, and public lectures to educate different audiences on foresight concepts and their implications
Develop a comprehensive communication plan that aligns with the goals of the ST&I Foresight Initiative;
Create and manage content that communicates the goals, findings, and significance of the foresight initiative;
Conduct literature and other research-related activities relevant to the needs of the different key operational areas clusters of PAGTANAW 2050;
Assist in the analysis and interpretation of research results;
Organize project-related activities such as but not limited to policy for a, roundtable discussions, focus group discussions, capacity building, workshops, and seminars of the PAGTANAW 2050 program;
Prepare required reports, including but not limited to press releases, minutes of the meetings, and other writing needs;
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors and project leaders.

Average oral communication skills – able to talk to others, to give and exchange ideas and information clearly and effectively;
Above average organizational skills – manages and organizes one to two events at the same time;
Above average problem-solving skills – uses good judgment and resolves problems/concerns regarding assigned tasks
 
Qualifications:
Relevant education: Master’s degree in Development Communication or any communication-related course
Relevant experience: One (1) year of relevant work experience
Relevant training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Not required
 
Compensation: P52,272.00/month
Period of engagement: 15 January – 30 June 2025 (with possible renewal)
