Position/Job Description:
  1. In-charge of the preparation of relevant documents, reports and tools and implementation for the PRIME HRM Certification of NAST in the four (4) HR areas (Recruitment, Learning and Development, Rewards and Incentives and Performance Management)
  2. Monitor the effective implementation of relevant CSC, COA and DBM laws, policies, rules and regulations.
  3. In-charge of the maintenance of the NAST building/office.
  4. In-charge of the development and implementation of personnel welfare and development activities and programs.
  5. Perform tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant education: Master’s degree, preferably Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, Political Science or other relevant courses
  • Relevant experience: Four (4) years supervisory and managerial position in Human Resource Management and Development, Finance Management and/or Procurement Management
  • Relevant training: Forty (40) hours of supervisory and management learning and development intervention
  • Eligibility: Not required
 
Compensation: P 108,094.00/month
Period of engagement: 1 October – 31 December 2023 (With possible renewal)
