Position/Job Description:
  1. Assist in the systematic control of records from creation/receipt, through processing, distribution, maintenance, storage, retrieval, and disposition.
  2. Assist in receiving, sorting, classifying, logging, and filing incoming and outgoing documents, communications, and other records in accordance with established procedures and filing systems.
  3. Assist in maintaining and updating manual and/or electronic records databases, indexes, and tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely information retrieval.
  4. Assist in retrieving files and documents, as requested by authorized personnel.
  5. Perform encoding, scanning, photocopying, and other clerical tasks related to records management.
  6. Assist in the inventory of records and the preparation of records for storage or disposition.
  7. Ensure the proper handling, security, and confidentiality of records.
  8. Assist in monitoring the availability of supplies needed for records management activities.
  9. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

  • Physically and mentally fit to perform the duties

  • Clearly conveys information and follows instructions
  • Basic understanding of filing systems, record life cycle, and relevant procedures
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Can adjust to new systems or procedures in records handling
 
Qualifications:
  • Relevant Education: Completion of 2-year studies in College or Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Office Management
  • Relevant Experience: At least six (6) months of relevant work experience
  • Relevant Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
  • Eligibility: Not required
 
Compensation: P23,238.00/month
Period of engagement: 1 July – 31 December 2025
