The National Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) has opening for the following position:

Position Title : Senior Science Research Specialist

Plantilla Item No : NASTB-SRSRS-4-2025

Salary/Salary Grade : ₱59,153.00 per month/SG-19

 

Qualification Requirements:

Education : Bachelor's degree relevant to the job

Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience

Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training

Eligibility : Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

 

Position/Job Description:

Manage the upkeep and repair of exhibits and ensuring the long-term preservation of the center's collections;

Work with exhibit fabricators to ensure that exhibits are built to specifications, and that all materials and components are delivered on schedule;

Responsible for negotiating and directing the acquisition, installation, and effective operation of exhibits and galleries at the PSHC;

Oversee the maintenance of exhibits, equipment, and facilities, and coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed;

Ensure that the science center's facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained; and

Perform other functions may be assigned from time to time.
