Position/Job Description:
- Provide overall monitoring and supervision of the program;
- Supervise and coordinate the planning, organizing, conduct, and monitoring of activities and preparation of outputs of the four projects under the program, The DOST ST&I Foresight Development Program;
- Coordinate with the Monitoring agency regarding the accomplishments, monitoring and evaluation of the program;
- Oversee the updating of PAGTANAW 2050;
- Prepare the synthesis of the results of the discussion;
- In charge of organizing and harmonizing PAGTANAW 2050-related activities with other DOST Foresight initiatives leading to the transition of the ST&I Foresight from NAST to the DOST Central Office
- Prepare draft policy map for PAGTANAW 2050;
- Draft a legislative proposal on the institutionalization of the PAGTANAW 2050;
- Help establish linkages with local and international foresighting institutions;
- Conduct literature and other research-related activities relevant to the needs of the program;
- Assist in the analysis and interpretation of research results; and
- Provide administrative support to the program and perform other duties assigned from time to time.

- Excellent problem-solving skills – uses good judgment and resolves problems/concerns regarding assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Relevant education: Master’s degree in Engineering/Health/Mathemathics/Physical Sciences
- Relevant experience: Two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Relevant training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
- Eligibility: Not required
Compensation: P67,688.00/month
Period of engagement: 15 January – 30 June 2025 (with possible renewal)
