Position/Job Description:
Assist in the implementation of the NAST Special Concerns Program;
Assist in the conduct of activities and meetings, such as but not limited to the preparation of materials, photocopying, labeling of documents;
Assist in preparation of administrative documents including but not limited to procurement of venue, meals, supplies and materials for activities;
Assist in record-keeping and receive, acknowledge, and/or disseminate documents;
Assist in preparation of press releases and activity reports; and
Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
 
Skills/Competencies required:
Basic Knowledge of Computer Software/Applications
Basic Technical/Business Writing
Basic Interpersonal skills – works well in a team
Basic Procurement
Basic Records Management
 
Qualifications:
Relevant Education: Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business Administration, Office Management, Accountancy and Office Administration
Relevant Experience: Not required
Relevant Training: Not required
Eligibility: Not required
 
Compensation: P30,703.00/month
Period of engagement: 3 March – 30 June 2025
