Position/Job Description:
  1. Assist in the implementation of the NAST Special Concerns program;
  2. Assist in the conduct of activities and meetings, such as but not limited to the preparation of materials, photocopying, labeling of documents, and the like;
  3. Receive, acknowledge, and/or disseminate documents related to the NAST Special Concerns program;
  4. Assist in preparation of administrative requirements including but not limited to procurement of supplies and materials;
  5. Assist in record-keeping; and
  6. Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
 
Skills/Competencies required:
  • Basic Knowledge of Computer Software/Applications
  • Basic Technical/Business Writing
  • Basic Interpersonal skills – works well in a team
  • Basic Procurement
  • Basic Records Management
 
Qualifications:
  • Relevant Education: Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business Administration, Office Management, and Office Administration
  • Relevant Experience: Not required
  • Relevant Training: Not required
  • Eligibility: Not required 
 
Compensation: P27,811.00/month
Period of engagement: 1 July – 31 December 2024
