Position/Job Description:
- Performs clerical work such as receive incoming documents, record outgoing documents, routing of documents, photocopy documents, create and maintain filing systems both electronic and hard copies.
- Assist in human resources management-related activities, such as but not limited to, maintenance of a systematic records on human resources management information system, updating of daily time records, leave cards, and information on overtime and compensatory time offs.
- Assist in the monitoring and updating of requests for vehicle and trip tickets.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
- Relevant education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology Accountancy,
- Financial Management, Finance, Banking and Finance, Business Administration and other related courses
- Relevant experience: One (1) year relevant experience preferably in any: Administrative and Finance, Leave Administration and Payroll and Benefits
- Relevant training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
- Eligibility: Not required
Compensation: 25,738.00/month
Period of engagement: 2 May – 31 December 2025 (with possible renewal)
