Position/Job Description:
Provide overall monitoring and supervision of Project 1;
Supervise and coordinate the planning, organizing, conducting, and monitoring of activities and preparation of outputs of Project 1;
Coordinate with the Monitoring agency regarding the accomplishments, monitoring and evaluation of the program;
Prepare the synthesis of the results of the different project components of the ST&I Foresight Program;
In charge of organizing and harmonizing Project 1 with the overall PAGTANAW 2050-related activities;
Prepare draft policy map for Project 1 in relation to PAGTANAW 2050;
Conduct literature and other research-related activities relevant to the needs of Project 1; and
Assist project leaders in the analysis and interpretation of research results.

Excellent organizational skills – manages and organizes one to two events at the same time
Excellent problem-solving skills – uses good judgment and resolves problems/concerns regarding assigned tasks
Keen to details, can work with less supervision, and proficient in time management
Knowledge training with futures thinking and awareness in foresight (preferred)
Background in Statistics (preferred)
Familiar with data analytics and visualization
Qualifications:
Relevant education: Master's degree in Engineering/Health/Mathemathics/Physical Sciences/Data Science
Relevant experience: Five (5) years of relevant work experience
Relevant training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Not required
Compensation: P67,688.00/month
Period of engagement: 3 March – 30 June 2025 (with possible renewal)
